Commonly known as the tree growers’ ‘insurance policy’, KBC ‘wrap-around’ Tree Shelters are suitable for protection against browsing sheep, rabbits, hares and possum. Translucent twin-wall polypropylene design - provides sufficient light for small seedlings while giving ideal microclimate growing conditions and protection from herbicides and wind. This guard is used in situations where sheep will be a threat. Extra height prevents tops of seedling being eaten. Use 1.5m 47 x 47mm or 38 x 38mm tree stakes.
